My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable with a nice view of the picturesque town and mountains. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being surly, yet others were polite and helpful. The location was convenient in the middle of town, but there were some maintenance issues. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the facilities met basic needs.
The hotel was in a charming location on Main St in Saranac Lake, with very friendly people and right downtown. The rooms were beautiful with a portable refrigerator and Keurig, but the absence of a coffee filter and swimming pool was disappointing.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is right in the heart of town, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was good but could have more variety. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
